Plan A is for athletes who were consistently running 40-60 minutes during XC and ran all the way through the Kokopelli Meet
Plan B is for those who competed the full XC season but have taken 4+ weeks off
Plan C is for those who are just beginning winter track, or who are coming off a long period of off time

Optional practice the rest of the week (Thursday, Friday, and Saturday) will be in person. We will also go back to the structure we used over the summer with boys and girls meeting separately. We will not meet at different times, just at different areas of our meeting locations. Coaches will explain in further detail at practice.
