This weeks TRAINING
Don't let the last few weeks go to waste by not putting in the work. You have all been extremely dedicated and should be proud. Keep up the great work and always reach out to Marshall or Lyons if you have questions on the training. Coach Lyons M: CVHS
T: OYO (Weather) W: Buterfield TH: Butterfield F: Bison Sa: CVHS TRAINING As always with this time of year, we will play the locations and practices by ear based on weather/ conditions. -Coach Marshall Optional training times and locations this week:
Monday - 3:20 at Butterfield Park Tuesday - 3:20 at Bison Park Wednesday - 3:20 at Bison Park Thursday - OYO (on your own) Friday - 3:20 at Butterfield Park Saturday - 8:00 am at Dawson's Butte Training There is some weather that may be coming in on Friday so be sure to pay attention to any changes we may need to make. Training Groups Plan A is for athletes who were consistently running 40-60 minutes during XC and ran all the way through the Kokopelli Meet Plan B is for those who competed the full XC season but have taken 4+ weeks off Plan C is for those who are just beginning winter track, or who are coming off a long period of off time You can also access the training calendar by clicking the RED Training button in the upper right corner.
