Kokopelli XC Invite Info:
- This race is operating just like the HS XC season so make sure you bring your neck gaiter or mask. We are not providing uniforms for this race, so athletes are responsible for brining their own racing clothing.
- Athletes were responsible for registering themselves for the race and will be responsible for picking up their own race bib on Friday prior to their race.
- Unfortunately, the race has reached capacity and are no longer accepting entries. Please reach out to Coach Lyons or Coach Marshall if you still have not registered for the race.

Tentative Off-season training schedule.
Our current training cycle will conclude with a team time trial on the track Friday, November 13th. Starting Saturday, November 14th we will begin a 16 day off period. If you trained all the way through the team TT you will have a mandatory no running period. If you already took of time from running, training will be posted on the website.
Monday, November 30th we will begin optional practices. Currently the exact days of practice have not been determined, however, we will have formal practice 5 days a week with an additional day of OYO training. This training period will go through the week or December 14th.
During the school break there will be no organized practices, however, training will continue to be posted on the blog.
Distance track club will begin the first week of January and go through the last week of February. There is a fee for these two weeks of training. Additional information about fees and how to sign up will be posted shortly.
Outdoor track pre-season training begins at the beginning of March. This training period is organized and run through the track team and more information will be coming sometime early in the new year.
