We've made it to the final week of the season! (except for those who qualify for state). Congratulations to everyone on a hard fought season. Many of you have made huge jumps as runners and racers this spring, and we have one final week to show where we stand against the best runners in the continental league.
Reminder: Last week's frosh-soph championship has been moved to this Friday (May 12th) at Echo Park. Everyone who was entered to race in the frosh-soph last week will be entered again this week, unless you are moved up to the varsity league championships. Some of you will be racing in both meets, so please pay extra attention to meet entries this week.

Also, if you are planning on coming on our summer camping trip (July 25th-27th) please fill out the interest form ASAP. We cannot book the venue until me know for sure that we will have enough sign-ups.

End of Season
If your season conludes at the end of this week, you can begin your two week break period.
That break can look one of two ways:
1.) 1 week completely off, followed by one week of days with alternating activity
2.) Full two weeks no running.
If you feel you need more than two weeks due to injury or burnout, please speak with a coach directly to figure out an individual plan.
