Here is the workout plan for the week. Please notice that we meet at 3:30pm M-W and 3:15pm on Th-F.
Also, I recommend keeping an eye on the World Track and Field Championship. If you get NBC Sports network, make sure to DVR the races and watch the incredible races that are happening!
