Treadmill Workout (for Wed 2/23)
For those in the 1600/ 3200 group, we are doing a treadmill workout today.
Group A is doing- 10 mins, 6 mins, 4 mins (90s rest in between)
Groub B is doing- 6 mins, 6 mins, 4 mins (90s rest in between)

This will be an interesting week with the weather coming up. Please make sure you look at the entire schedule and be on the lookout for communication from coaches about practices ad workouts.
But first, we had a great showing at the Let's Get REAL meet on Saturday. With athletes in the 2-mile, 800, mile and 400, we certainly brought attention to PCTC!
