Winter training allows you to build on everything you gained in the XC season and sets you up for a big spring on the track. Also, Indoor meets are a fun and unique competitive experience. If you have a teammate who's on the fence about doing winter conditioning, encourage them to sign-up today!
Indoor Track Meets
Here's the 3 main meets that we will be targeting this indoor season:
Jan 14th @ Colorado Mines
Feb 4th @ Air Force Academy
Feb 18th @ UCCS
These aren't a requirement, but are strongly encouraged, as they'll be some of the most fun and competitive meets in the state.
Athletes are welcome to compete in the other meets taking place around the state if the primary meet don't work, or if they want more racing opportunities. Those meets are listed here:
