Welcome to the post-season! With the state meet behind us, it's all eyes on NXR.
While training will be geared towards those running NXR, anyone (even those not running NXR) is welcome to join us through Thanksgiving break.

Memory Book
If you have any photos from races please use THIS link to upload them to our Google Photos Folder. These pictures will be used to make our Memory Book and for the slide show at the end of season banquet.
Uniforms
Uniforms were supposed to be turned in by the banquet, but some of you still have not returned them. Please do so ASAP to avoid being charged.
You can turn them in to coach Marshall or Lyons any day at practice.
What's Next?
After NXR, all athletes will go on a post-season running break. A coach will discuss the particulars of your break with you; generally our breaks last 2 weeks with at least 7 days no running, and possibly some light jogging in the second week. Some athletes choose to take a full 14 days no running which is also ok.
Athletes struggling with injuries might be instructed to take a longer break, or to cross train during their rehab period.
Once the 2 weeks is finished, athletes should resume training. Although we will not formally meet as a team for the month of December, workouts will be posted on the blog, and captains will organize and lead practices.
Formal winter track practices will resume on January 3rd
