Request for senior athletes and their parents! In the team Memory Book, we try to dedicate a page to each senior. We have action shots of them running, but would like a senior picture that they had taken for the yearbook as well as a letter to the rest of the team about their experiences as a member of cross country. In the past, some seniors have written a lot and some just a few sentences. It is up to them. Please email your picture and letter as soon as possible. Email is [email protected] Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks, Stacey Horne

Training
For those continuing to train for the club race on November 6th, training can be found here:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1LTf2gXvftfjoprhCszV1IC0fz7xZemiEXfgzpvVy6WU/edit?usp=sharing
Some of the workouts are written like track workouts, but if you cannot access the track or can not measure your distance during workouts, you can turn them into fartlek style workouts (i.e. 4 x 1600 at 6:00 with 2 mins rest could be changed to 4 x 6 minutes on/ 2 minutes jog).
For those training for the club meet, the training is written very broadly, so you must message a coach for specific paces or distances.
Please reach out to coach Lyons or myself about any questions you have regarding training or the meet. All non-quarantining athletes are strongly encouraged to meet up with their teammates on their own to train.
