Friday - 3:20 at Butterfield Park
Saturday - 8:00 am at Dawson's Butte
Training
There is some weather that may be coming in on Friday so be sure to pay attention to any changes we may need to make.
Training Groups
Plan A is for athletes who were consistently running 40-60 minutes during XC and ran all the way through the Kokopelli Meet
Plan B is for those who competed the full XC season but have taken 4+ weeks off
Plan C is for those who are just beginning winter track, or who are coming off a long period of off time
