Just dropping in to remind everyone to sign up for Summer XC training. As a reminder, we will be conducting training virtually beginning next week through July 1st (our tentative re-start date). If you are not signed up for XC on the google form, you will not be put in a training group! As of right now, only about half of you have signed up, so please do so immediately. We will be using Final Surge Training Platforms, which is an excellent tool for online coaching.
The virtual portion of summer conditioning will be free of charge.

Training this week
For everyone who has finished their 2 week break from track season, this week will consist of easy runs of 20-40 minutes, depending on how much you have run and what you are comfortable with right now. Aim to run 4-5 times, and do strides at least twice. This will help get our legs moving so we can jump into normal XC conditioning next week..
