Where: Monday and Wednesday at CV track
Tuesday, Thursday and Friday at trailheads
Who: Any incoming high school or middle school athlete interested in improving their strength and endurance is encouraged to sign up!
Why: Summer conditioning prepares out athletes for a successful season. Athletes that participate find that they see more improvement over the cross country season and suffer fewer injuries.
