Details
- The itinerary is the most important information to be familiar with. Athletes will receive their own copies before the meet. Athletes that are traveling separately from the team are expected to attend the events in red print. If they cannot attend, let us know immediately.
- For those who have booked flights separately from the team, please email us your flight information. We need to know who to expect to be flying with us and who to expect at different times. If you're not sure if you've already shared this information, please reshare it. We don't want anyone left behind in at the airport!
- Please double check that our information for each athlete is correct and complete. Take a look at this spreadsheet and let us know if we need to make changes or if you have additions.
To Do List
- Please sign up for the meet Remind so we can effectively communicate with the group.
- Excuse your athletes from school on Thursday and Friday. Since this is an our of season meet, coaches cannot excuse athletes from class.
- Fill out the attached waiver and make sure to get it to the coaches. Athletes cannot race without a signed waiver.
- At the bottom of the itinerary are meet costs. Most families have already paid, but if you have not, please take care of this immediately.
Packing List
Athletes will be able to check a bag at no extra cost, but please avoid overpacking! There will be limited room in vehicles.
Suggested items: Running shoes, racing flats, race apparel (uniforms will be provided), sweats, toiletries, swimsuit, cash, ID (if applicable), 3 sets of running clothes, light jacket, any medications or inhalers, sunscreen, water bottle
Athletes will need to bring money to pay for around 3 meals (around $50). If athletes want to purchase meet swag, they should bring additional money.
